Here’s what to expect after you’ve filled in our form
A quick call to get to know each other
Within two working days of hearing from you, one of our team will give you a call, usually around 15 minutes. We’ll ask about your business, what’s working, what isn’t, and where you think you need support. It’s a genuine two-way conversation, not a sales call. If we think we’re a good fit, we’ll book a discovery meeting. If we’re not the right match, we’ll be honest about that too, and we’ll do our best to point you toward someone who might be.
A proper discovery meeting
This is a deeper conversation, around 30 minutes, where we get to know your business properly. We’ll explore what you’re trying to achieve, what the finances look like right now, and what support would make the biggest difference. By the end of the meeting, we’ll usually be able to talk you through our recommendation and give you an indication of price on the spot. For more complex situations, we’ll follow up in writing.
Your recommendation in writing — and a clear next step
After the discovery meeting, we’ll confirm everything in writing, the package we recommend, your fixed monthly fee, and exactly what’s included. The email will include everything you need to sign up and get started straight away if you’re ready. Before we finish the discovery meeting, we’ll also agree a follow-up call, so there’s always a clear next step and nothing gets left hanging. No small print, no surprises.
