• Prepare financial statements, tax returns and VAT returns

  • Lead the preparation of cashflow forecasts, budgets, and year-end accounts

  • Identify and suggest improvements to financial systems and processes
  • Support bookkeeping checks and reconciliations (QuickBooks & Xero)

  • Prepare & submit confirmation statements
  • Contribute to internal planning and service development as we grow

Required:

  • Qualified to at least AAT Level 4 (or equivalent)

  • At least 3 years’ experience in accountancy practice

  • Confident using QuickBooks Online and Xero

  • Able to clearly explain financial matters to non-financial clients

  • Professional, organised, and proactive in managing your own time

  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with commercial awareness
